Selected topics are built into frameworks that are useful for explaining, analyzing, and diagnosing organizational processes. Micro and macro perspectives are combined to illustrate that people's behavior is not independent of the organized forms with which they behave. The chapter sequence roughly follows a new employee's experience of behavioral processes in organizations effectively communicating the reality of the concepts to those entering professional organizations for the first time. |
